2Product Descriptions, Quality & Packaging
Dudle Desi Foods supplies authentic, farm-sourced harvest from Karnataka's Malnad and Coastal belts:
- Artisanal Filter Kaapi: 70:30 & 80:20 slow-roasted blends (Arabica/Robusta) with chicory.
- 100% Pure Coffee: Zero-chicory single origin dark roast (roasted whole beans or pure fresh grind).
- Pure Malnad Spices: Unpolished stone-yard dried black pepper from Sakleshpur and royal green cardamom pods.
- Gourmet Nuts: Coastal Karnataka Cashews (W180 King Jumbo & W210 Grades).
- Corporate & Festive Keepsakes: Handcrafted seasoned wooden gift boxes with brass-plated accessories.
Packaging Integrity & Transit Safety:
To prevent breakage and ensure maximum aroma retention during courier shipping, all products are packed in multi-barrier aroma kraft pouches (250g, 500g) and food-grade metal tins for 1Kg Chef's Packs. We strictly do not use fragile glass containers for online dispatch.
3Pricing, GST & Payment Processing
- Currency: All prices displayed on our website are denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹).
- Goods & Services Tax (GST): Applicable GST (5% for packaged consumable coffee, spices, and nuts) is clearly calculated and itemized during checkout.
- Price Revisions: Agricultural market conditions may necessitate periodic price adjustments. Prices confirmed at checkout remain final for that order.
- Payment Gateway: All online payments are handled securely through Razorpay via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit/Credit Cards, and NetBanking.
- Payment Authorization: Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization from Razorpay or our designated banking channels.
4Minimum Orders & Bulk Sampling Policy
Retail Minimum Order
To guarantee pristine aroma and batch-roasting freshness, the minimum retail purchase format is 250g in sealed barrier pouches.
Sampling Policy (Min 2.5Kg)
Sampling is exclusively provided for commercial/bulk buyers with requirements of minimum 2.5Kg or above. Retail single pouches are available for personal tasting.
5Shipping & Pan-India Delivery
We dispatch orders across India through trusted courier partners. Deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery postal code.
Transit Note on Temperature Control:
During courier transit across India, cold chain or temperature control is not commercially feasible. All products are sealed inside airtight multi-barrier pouches to ensure ambient aroma and flavor protection. Upon arrival, please follow on-pack storage instructions (e.g. freezing sealed coffee pouches until use).
6Cancellations & Returns
Our policies regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our dedicated Return & Refund Policy. Since our products are consumable food goods, unsealed or opened items cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and food safety guidelines.
7Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, product names, logos, brand crests, imagery, website graphics, text, and sensory descriptions associated with Dudle Desi Foods are the exclusive property of the company. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Indian intellectual property laws.
8Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any transactions concluded through this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
