1Order Processing & Batch Roasting Timelines
To deliver the freshest possible cup, our coffee is precision batch-roasted and spices are dried and sorted directly from our estate origin in Malnad, Karnataka.
1 – 2 Business Days
Fresh grinding, weighing, multi-barrier sealing, and courier handover.
3 – 7 Business Days
Fast courier air/surface express delivery depending on destination city.
2Shipping Coverage & Delivery Charges
- Coverage: We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across all states and Union Territories in India.
- Shipping Fees: Standard shipping charges or Free Shipping promotions are displayed clearly on the checkout review screen before payment authorization.
- Non-Serviceable Areas: In the rare event that your pincode is deemed non-serviceable by our primary courier partners, we will reach out to arrange shipment via alternative couriers (e.g. India Post Speed Post) or offer a 100% full refund.
3Packaging Integrity & Transit Protection
We adhere to strict packaging guidelines to ensure that your gourmet produce arrives in pristine condition:
Multi-Barrier Aroma Pouches
Utilized for all 250g and 500g coffee and spice packs. Specialized aluminum foil and kraft laminates shield against humidity, oxygen, and ambient sunlight.
Chef's Pack Metal Tins
1Kg packs are housed in protective, reusable food-grade tins for maximum physical durability and ease of long-term pantry storage.
Transit Note on Temperature Control:
In third-party courier transit across India, cold chain temperature control is not commercially available. All items are packed with airtight seals to safeguard the essential oils. Once received, freeze your coffee pouch before and after opening until the last spoon to contain pristine fragrance.
4Tracking Your Consignment
Upon parcel dispatch from our roastery and warehouse, you will receive an automated tracking notification via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing the courier name and unique Air Waybill (AWB) consignment tracking number.
